Mr. Gadi Aviran - Chairman of the Board

Gadi Aviran founded Terrogence Ltd. in October 2004 following a unique, 25 year career combining military service and security related industry positions. He is one of Israel's leading authorities in the field of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Improvised Explosive Devises (IED) Disposal, and is a renown expert in the small, worldwide community of technical terror threat analysts.

Gadi began his military career as First Lieutenant, and rose to the rank of Major as second
in command of the IDF EOD / IEDD unit. As senior member of the EOD / IEDD staff within the IDF he was responsible for R&D, testing, fielding and actively operating numerous technical and tactical means for explosives disposal. In his years of service he participated in numerous combat and counter-terrorism activities, gaining highly specialized experience in the field.

Gadi spent over seven years in the field of technical intelligence analysis, serving as the head of the technical intelligence analysis desk in the production division of the IDF's Military Intelligence directorate (five years in active duty and three in reserve). He was personally responsible for threat research and assessment deriving from post incident information and classified & unclassified intelligence. 

Mr. Shai Schiller - Board Member

Shai is one of Israel's leading technology and finance executives with extensive experience as CEO and Chairman of leading organizations in various fields such as Mobile and Medical Technology, Investment & Financing and Renewable Energy. Shai is the Acting Chairman of a consortium including Ormat, Elbit, Refael, Yashir Insurance and other corporations involved in building the Center for Renewable Energy in the Arava region of Israel.

From 2002 to 2007 Shai served as CEO & Chairman of Axismobile, a leader in consumer mobile email platforms catering to worldwide customers such as Telefonica Spain, AIS Thailand, MTS, Megafone, B-Line, Swisscom and Vodafone. Shai led Axismobile to a successful IPO in London after which Axismobile was sold in 2007 to Synchronica.

Shai's extensive executive career spans Israeli, American and international companies with multiple locations worldwide. Shai Served as general partner at Concord Ventures from 2000 to 2006, and was CEO of Geo Interactive (Emblaze) from 1997 to 2000, where he successfully increased the value of the company from $24 Million to over $4 Billion, and raised about $600 Million. Prior to Emblaze he served as President of the Asia Pacific Division and Vice President & General Manager of the Billing Division at Comverse Technology.

Shai holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Shai Arbel - Board Member

Prior to joining Terrogence, Mr. Arbel served as head of a linguistics and technical translation team in one of the most prestigious units of the Israeli Defense Intelligence in the IDF. Following his service, he joined the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), taking a position as an analyst. 

Mr. Arbel has been a part of the Terrogence team from the beginning. He first started as head of the collection and translation department.  As the company developed and grew, Shai progressed to his current position as CFO & COO.

Shai holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Management from Ruppin Academic Center.

Mr. Doron Debbie - Board Member

Doron Debbie brings to the board 25 years of experience in management in the governmental & Private Sectors, with a proven track record of business successes. Doron has been the CEO of Consensus Business Group (a leading UK investments group) in Israel since 2006,  managing a variety of investments in the clean-tech, homeland security & bio-medical arenas as well as sitting on several boards of directors. In addition, Doron established Sigma Health Care, a medical distribution Company.

Prior to this, he founded and was the CEO of Boston Scientific Israel, a world-leading medical device company. Doron was also VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development of Promedico, and exclusively represented in Israel global companies such as Nestle, Pfizer, Abbott Lab, Novartis and many others, as well as Sales & marketing Director of the Israeli Postal authority (a national governmental Authority). Doron served in the Israeli Defense Force in a variety positions in the Intelligence and Marine forces. 

Doron graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from Ben Gurion University, as well as an MBA from Tel-Aviv University Business School. He studied international business management at INSEAD, France.
